I wish they would show a follow-up of actions like these. Clearly something is amiss and I would like to know what it is and the outcome also..

Unfortunately in Kalifornia they have a right to enter your home for reports of domestic violence. I don’t know if that includes times when both suspected parties are visible and able to talk though. Don’t know about the rest of. You, but I’m on my last broken straw with the over reach of authority given to law enforcement

There is a lot of missing information here, like what transpired before the start of the video. I’ve met Detectives and the men working with them as they handle a situation. They were good men, doing their job, working to make sure the people in the home were safe. These men looked like they were just trying to do the same. They don’t know the man in the home nor what he has around him.

Also, there’s just no telling what happened previously. The man videoing this could have handled it a lot better. A lot can be solved if you just talk.

>”just doing their job”

This statement is utter garbage and the “following orders” defense has been shown repeatedly to be no defense at all.
“The fact that a person acted pursuant to order of his Government or of a superior does not relieve him from responsibility under international law, provided a moral choice was in fact possible to him.” – Nuremberg Principle IV

While the above statement is in context to international law, the same concept applies at all other levels.

>”They were good men, doing their job, working to make sure the people in the home were safe.”

Nothing in the video shows that they were good men. In fact, their willingness to break the law (and under the color of law) shows that they were acting the opposite of good men.
Doing their job is already shot down in flames in the first part above
Nothing in the video shows that they were making sure the people in the home were safe. Furthermore, they had zero right to enter the home as they did.

>”A lot can be solved if you just talk.”

Another nonsensical statement and not supported (except on fictional TV shows).

Current law precedents are as follows:
* Everything the homeowner says will be used against them.
* Nothing the homeowner says can ever be used for them.

Last, the officer claimed domestic violence, yet after both adults stated there was no such thing, they broke in anyway and Tasered them…yeah…they’re real safe.
