Its interesting that the perspective of all the commenters in this video come from California laws and do not take into account the varying laws of the different states. I am not an FFL but I know that in my state of residence a face to face personal sale of a firearm does not require an FFL. I believe this is a part of the “40%” that Mr. Obama keeps touting, a very small part. When I do a face to face sale I make sure the other person has either a purchase permit or a Concealed Weapons Permit. Most folks I know of do this as well. Its why we are called law abiding citizens, the criminal retailers do not bother to check for these things because they sell to criminals who would not have these forms.

Guns are personal property just liek a car, boat, RV, etc. Each of those items can be used improperly too.

You would have to do face to face in Idaho, but advertising it online isn’t illegal. Too many want to call this an online sale, it is not. The other big problem is that while you could advertise it online, facebook and most social sites would block you faster than you can say ___.
