So the laws don’t stop people from breaking them…wow…Good to see the majority turned them down.

Amen for those that said no. I am a huge supporter of 2A but this just makes no sense. If it’s my store, no way! I am not so deserate to sell a gun that I’m going to sell it to an idiot. The guy said “I don’t think I could pass a background check”. He might as well have said “I’m going to rob a bank this afternoon, can you sell me this gun.” Most gun sellers I know take their responsibility VERY seriously. I wish the ATF would prosecute these stores like they do with underage alcohol sales.

I am a strong supporter of 2A and a life member of the NRA as well as a member of the National Association for Gun Rights. These people need to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law; and the laws are already on the books to deter these crimes. This just goes to show the lack concern for prosecuting crimes for the laws we already have and why we 2A supporters are so strongly opposed to more laws that will only affect the law abiding citizens. We already have sufficient laws to control unlawful gun use. They simply need to be enforced.
