Uhmm . . . Ya. It’s called freedom.
You can also go to a hardware store and buy a hammer – no questions asked.
Is this a great country or what? Now leave it the hell alone Mr Morgan.

Another Musket Morgan video I didn’t waste my time to watch. Let me guess-he has an interview with someone who shares his agenda and he panders to the guest or someone who doesn’t share his view and he overtalks, berates and belittles. His ratings are in the tank and he’s in a panic to save his job and his green card.

Naturally, the real point of the piece was missed by Morgan and the “undercover” reporter. Neither she nor the vast majority of Americans who buy guns from individuals will ever use them to hurt someone or commit a crime.

It doesn’t take much courage for a woman to walk into a gun show in Texas and buy a gun. Why doesn’t she get a real story about violence in America and follow along with a gang banger in Chicago for an evening? Maybe try to sell some heroin in another gang’s territory? I’d pay to watch that one.

They are blurring the rules and making it sound like Federal rules apply in all cases; they do not.

There is no gun show loophole. The laws are the same whether or not you’re inside or outside a gun show. Retail sales require the seller be a Federally licensed dealer. Background checks apply, per Federal law. State law can be supplemental and can require a second check through the state.

People have the right to acquire, use, and dispose of property in the state of Texas. This follows the Texas constitution and the Texas constitution rules in these instances where a firearm is sold by someone who is not a Federally licensed dealer. If the purchaser was not from Texas, then she is guilty of a Federal crime since she has engaged in interstate commerce of a firearm. If she is a Texas resident, and she carefully did not specify her state of residency, then she is under no obligation to transfer the firearm through a Federally licensed dealer.

This is why it’s called the RIGHT to keep and bear arms. Going through a background check and filling out a Form 4473 means the purchaser is ASKING the government to approve the sale. That is NOT a right; it is a privilege based upon government permission.

Piers Morgan and this woman are advocating that all sales require government permission. This turns the right into a privilege, which is beyond the power of the government under the Second Amendment to the Constitution.

Modern firearms in civilian hands are not true assault weapons. Any assault weapons ban that passes is therefore subject to repeal for ‘deceiving the public’ / ‘misrepresenting the truth’.

If the corporate controlled MSM can trick politicans and the public with their one sided propaganda, how long will our republic still stand?
