Are you using a factory Glock barrel? I have similar problems with my Glock 30 with a non-factory barrel. Lone Wolf says they have an “improved feed ramp”, but because it was angled at 45-degrees instead of 35-degrees, I got CONSTANT malfunctions and mis-feeds with it.
As soon as I buffed out the barrel, and made it closer to 35-degrees (same as OEM barrel), I got ZERO malfunctions after that.
Try changing the barrel out.
Try changing the springs out.
Good luck!

When are you going to learn how to clear a weapon? You will shoot your hand off grabbing the front of the slide. Use the back part.
Stay Safe!
