First off, I wanted to say that I’ve really come to like “The Gun Wire.” Good job! Second, couldn’t agree with you more. I’m stuck with only a couple thousand rounds of .22, around 1,000 rounds of 9mm, a couple hundred .38 & .357 rds; around 12 & 20 gauge, plus around 50 rds of a couple rifle rds, otherwise, I am o, u, t, OUT. If you notice, I follow your basic tenets. My biggest problem was that I didn’t keep up with ammo resupplying when I could have, that due to having gotten that “super flu” 2xs, right around Christmas, then right after the new year. My supplies dwindled and this is what I’m left with, which is “adequate,” but I’d feel a lot more comfortable with 5,000+ .22 rds, 5,000 9mm rds, 1,000 .38 & .357 rds, and so on.

I feel lucky that I have brother-n-law who has addl rds, which we could “combine” in emergency. Still, I really got hit hard in this last year, Christmas, then right after, with those 2-3 week sicknesses (each time), equaling no runs to hit the gun stores, Walmart, etc.

Well, if you know of any “reasonable” suppliers, please let me know about ’em! Especially of .22 & 9mm ammo. The “cheap stuff” for practice.

I hope to hear from you and keep up the good work!

Sincerely,
G. Wiesman

Oh yeah, that would be for gun shops in Northern VA, I live “near” Dulles International Airport (as a landmark), about 15 miles outside of Washington, D.C. (suburbia); or, any reputable online ammo sites. Add to that where I can find any of those “evil black guns,”.223/5.56, sheesh! Maybe order and get through one of my local gun stores? What is this country coming to? Eh, don’t worry about answering that one, I/we know!

Thanks again & keep up the good work!

Sincerely,
G. Wiesman
