We lost round one tonight in Maryland to the corrupt liberal Democrats. Here is a recap of the 5-5 passing vote. (Senator Muse refused to vote, so a tie in MD is the same as a loss. The Judicial Committe Chairman, Brian Frosh kept after him until he changed his position)
