Bull.crap. Those were ordinary “field point” arrows. You couldn’t put enough fulminate of mercury in the shaft to cause that big an explosion. Methinks the water melon was hollowed out and filled with Tannerite.
But if I’m wrong, then I suspect the ATF would like a word with this hotdog.
