Banning assault weapons is not analogous in any way to restrictions on the 1st Amendment. In a case of child pornography, a criminal has a camera, takes a picture of a horrific act, loads that image on to a computer, and disseminates that image over the internet. If we apply the same logic as a gun ban, universal background checks, and registration, Congress would ban ownership of cameras, monitor every image that any one takes, monitor every activity on a computer, and ban access to the internet.

In America, we have laws against criminal behavior — including child pornography and using a gun to commit a crime. We prosecute the criminal behavior, not the tools used by the criminal. The gun control legislation proposed by Feinstein et al. is completely contrary to the way our laws work, which is why gun control NEVER works.

How is it that Chuck Schumer and Dianne Feinstein keep getting elected over and over? Its easy to demonize these two blood stained communists, but our real problem is with the morons that keep electing them.

It’s refreshing to see a longer clip instead of the usual video that ends with Feinstein’s hissy fit. I’d like to make two quick points about the video that many others haven’t covered.

First of all, when they compare firearms to child pornography they miss one very important point (other than kiddie porn being illegal and guns being legal in most of America). Kiddie porn is harmful for children. It’s impossible to produce child pornography without harming a child. This horrible product is inherently evil, despicable, and hated by the vast majority of Americans.
On the other hand firearms are in half of the households across this country, and most Americans favor the Right To Bear Arms. Guns are mainstream and nothing like kiddie porn. That was an illogical and obviously stupid comparison.
I’ll summarize this point. I (and tens of millions of others) can have a gun on Sen. Feinsteins ban list without hurting a soul. It’s impossible to play a part in the production or consumption of child pornography without hurting a child.
I resent her comparison.

Hopefully this second point will be a bit more brief. I noticed that Hillary used the hissy fit during her Benghazi hearing. It seems like this will become the Democrats method of dodging questions.
Act indignant, raise your voice, and then attack your questioner. It will play out very well on CNN or MSNBC later that night.
